Update Stored Password in Outlook Express

This article lists the steps required to update your email password stored in Outlook Express.

  1. Open Outlook Express.
  2. Go to Tools > Accounts


  3. Click the Mail tab, select your SiteVision email account, and click "Properties"
  4. Click the "Servers" tab and update the password in the Password field.
  5. Click OK.


    If you receive any password prompts when sending email, repeat the previous steps and click "Settings" on the screen in number 4 and continue:
  6. Update the password in the Password field.
  7. Click OK, Next, and Finish.
